Default 2015 Riding season here we come!

SO here we go about to get into the 2015 riding season. My question though is,

What did you do over the winter?
Did you make any changes to the bike?
Did you get a new one?
Have you changed riding style?(now on a Adventurer, Cruiser, Supermoto or Sportbike?)
And are you ready for the upcoming season?

It's been a little dead around here as usual for Winter. Lets things going as we're coming back into the season......post up!

CVRF was created for the riders in the Central San Joaquin Valley and surrounding areas to have a place to meet other like minded motorcycle riders to discuss the art of riding and possibly getting together for some rides! We work hard to provide a pleasant environment for our entire community to come together. Enjoy!

    Nothing new here.
    Same old bike and gear.
I did ride (commute) this winter for as long as I could before the rain and fog and cold got to me.

I planned a lot of dirt and sumo riding for this winter. But some injuries prevented doing both.

But I did do a lot of mellow street riding.. Looking forward to a lot of sumo tracktime plus some dirt this season.

Next sat riding lake berryessa and fort bragg again.

New to me SV650 for track this season. Still have my ninja 250.
    Current Bikes: 99 EX250, 94 VFR, 07 EX650, speed triple, Sprint RS, Hawk GT, 89 CB-1, 06 R6, crf230

I sold my highly rated FZ1 because I couldn't get used to the riding position. I then purchased a Honda RC51 that I greatly enjoy and will probably keep forever. I'm also buying a Yamaha Royal Star Venture so my wife can finally get out with me. This bike is loaded with comforts, stereo, cruise control, etc.
I believe you have a higher chance of survival and far less injury the more appropriate gear you wear. I believe in the power of ATGATT. I believe the more gear you wear in the event of an accident the greater the chance you can rise up, resume the ride and keep the group moving. I strongly believe, through the passionate members of CVRF, that we can influence positive change, knowledge and safety, throughout our motorcycling communities.

Hmmm....let's see. Got 2 recalls addressed by my local BMW dealer, installed a K&N air filter and Lightech chain adjusters. Unfortunately, none of that stuff has resulted in much riding.
